Through interactive workshops on unconscious bias and sexism in technical fields, our HeForSWE initiative aims to mobilize people of every gender identity to acknowledge their role in achieving equality.
HeForSWE is an initiative to spread awareness of gender biases and inequality specifically within the field of engineering. Our mission is to get everyone involved in the conversation so that collaborative efforts can be made to promote gender equality in all environments.
